This is My Story.

I was born in London in 1993 and was fortunate to have a loving family who raised me. I grew up navigating a blend of happiness and stress, all while dealing with undiagnosed ADHD, Autism, hyperlexia, dyspraxia, hypersensitivity, and hyper-mobility.

It wasn't until my late twenties when I received a late diagnosis of neurodivergence that had made my everyday life an extra challenge. Around the same time, I fortunately discovered the world of sexuality and embodiment studies. I decided to study at The Sea School of Embodiment, where I became a certified bodyworker, coach, and 'somatic witch. In the space of 9 months I had learnt to properly breathe, to regulate, to access parts of myself I didn’t know existed. My mind quietened, I slowed down, I found a way to release and let go of the physical and emotional pain that had forever weighed on me. I felt I had finally stumbled upon the path that brought me ease and elation. It was at this point that I knew my purpose was to help others like me.

Armed with the knowledge I gained and the life experiences I have accumulated, I now specialise in working with women dealing with ADHD, shame, trauma, and relationship challenges. I offer personalised support for women seeking pleasure and emancipation. I also offer integrative somatic intimacy coaching for couples.

My approach

What sets me apart from other coaches is my original transformational coaching model, Evolve. Drawing synergy between the life cycle of the nature that enables and sustains our cycle of life, Evolve combines scientific, holistic and psychosomatic approaches with sexological bodywork practices to create an incredibly potent framework. The evolve model can be applied in numerous circumstances while providing unique and deep-rooted change.

This model is born from my unique perspective as a woman with AuDHD whose special interest is knowledge, particularly about people, relationships and consciousness. I am continually learning and evolving in a wide range of multidisciplinary modalities from the neurodiversity and neurobiology of trauma, to integrative relationship therapy and embodied coaching to expressive art and movement therapy and more.
