The IGNITE coaching container is an 8 week intensive programme that includes:

12 x 2hr Live sessions on Zoom and In Person (in London)
2 x live sessions per week
Weekly Thinkific Modules of learning, audio meditations and scripted exercises for pleasure and healing
Workbook with journaling prompts to deepen your insights and reflections
Scientifically sexy playlists to support your partnered and solo sexuality
Telegram community to connect, share and learn with other couples on the same journey
Access to recordings for a minimum of 12 months from the start day to take the course and repeat the steps as many times as needed to embed
Optional and highly discounted alumni embedding sessions available up to 12 months after completing the container

The Details

This Accelerated Couples Coaching Container starts from 6th April to 18th May 2024.

Time Commitment Per Week: 4 hours live calls, 1 hour meditation and/or audio practices and 15 minutes of journaling/integration.

There will be 12 live 2-hour sessions on Zoom and In-Person (all masterclasses are recorded).

The 2 live sessions per week will include one Masterclass focusing on teaching theory, guided somatic practices and sexological bodywork techniques on Saturdays from 10am - 12 noon (recordings available). The other session will cover experiential embodiment coaching/bodywork session which involves couples coaching, sexological bodywork practices, ceremonies, relationship technique, and pleasure practices.

The weekly modules cover a variety of topics such as:

Evolve Model Learning and Intake Sessions
Self & Seed Inquiry
Somatic Awareness & Communication
Intention Discovery & Root Inquiry
Relationship Rupture Calls
Amnesty Ceremony and Harvesting & Integrating.

There will be guided couples meditations and audio practices for home study along with a workbook featuring journaling prompts.

You will also receive a scientifically sexy playlist to enhance intimacy at home, as well as a Telegram community to connect with other couples on the same journey.

By participating in this comprehensive couples coaching program, you'll develop stronger communication skills, deeper intimacy, and an understanding of each other's needs. With tailored modules and various activities, you'll be well on your way to a healthy, fulfilling relationship.
